  • Carnegie Mellon To Purchase Forbes Avenue Properties

    Carnegie Mellon University has reached an agreement to purchase approximately three acres of land from Carnegie Institute and an additional 17,150 square feet from The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. to further develop Forbes Avenue into an educational, research, business and cultural corridor.
  • Carnegie Mellon Names Ramayya Krishnan As New Dean of Heinz College

    Carnegie Mellon has named Ramayya Krishnan, the W. W. Cooper and Ruth F. Cooper Professor of Management Science and Information Systems, dean of its H. John Heinz III College, effective July 1. Krishnan has been interim dean of the college since August 2008.
