Why Carnegie Mellon?
Carnegie Mellon had several majors I was interested in, it had a small campus and it was also close to home.
How did you choose your major?
I selected my majors my first semester sophomore year. I chose them because policy interests me and I love learning about different cultures.
Do you live on- or off-campus?
I live on-campus because it’s closer to classes and more convenient.
What do you do for fun during the week, in addition to your homework?
I like going out to eat in Squirrel Hill with friends.
Are you involved in any campus organizations?
I work in the Office of Admission as a tour guide.
What is your favorite class? Please describe.
I love all my classes. My professors have all been amazing!
Are you planning to work on any research/internships?
I will be doing a Senior Honors thesis on the 1956 Hungarian Revolution.
What are your plans after graduation?
I am going on to graduate school.
What is your favorite thing to do in Pittsburgh (or favorite place off-campus)?
I like going out to Monroeville because there are a lot of things to do as far as shopping, eating, entertainment.
