Greek Life

Approximately 19% of students participate in Greek Life. Carnegie Mellon has 13 national fraternities, 5 national sororities, 4 Asian American organizations and 2 NPHC (historically black) organizations. Each chapter participates in individual community service, philanthropic and leadership development projects. Members form lifelong bonds of brotherhood/sisterhood and develop skills that assist them in their academic, personal and professional lives.
